What the role involves

• Carry out routine inspections, servicing, maintenance.
• Record-keeping in accordance with relevant procedures, standards, and regulatory requirements - SFG20, NHS HTM’s, and all Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements.
• Supporting the reliability, availability, and performance of equipment and infrastructure.
• Undertake repairs and maintenance (PPM) activities within the scope of training, competence, and authorisation.
• Ensure all associated documentation is accurate and up to date.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
