Ensure all development projects are adequately resourced. Liaise with the production department to optimise design and New Product Introductions (NPI). Ensure that engineering designs are robust and properly validated.

What you need

  • Experience of successfully managing new product developments or new product introductions.

  • Responsible for the efficient development of new product introduction, contract production and in-service support of all product types.
