Mobile Electrical Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Office - M4 Corridor - up to £43,000 + Package. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across roughly 6 or 7 sites.
What the role carries
Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them. Reporting service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client. Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance.
What the role depends on
- Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3.
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
- City & Guilds - 18th Edition.
Practical details
- Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00.
- A basic salary of up to £43,000.
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
- Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
