This Electrical Maintenance Engineer opportunity is built around be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

How the role is set up

Mobile Electrical Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Office - M4 Corridor - up to £43,000 + Package. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across roughly 6 or 7 sites.

Where someone would start

Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them. Reporting service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client. Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance.

What is expected

  • Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3.
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • City & Guilds - 18th Edition.

Job details

  • Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00.
  • A basic salary of up to £43,000.
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
  • Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.
