Electrical Maintenance Engineer

This Electrical Maintenance Engineer opportunity is built around to provide technical engineering support within the Hard FM Services department by carrying out preventative maintenance to deadline plus maintain paperwork to support PPM activiti. It would suit someone who can bring excellent customer service and communication skills to the role.

Where ownership sits

To undertake AP/RP duties for the disciplines for which you have been appointed. Demonstrate good planning, organising and prioritising skills.

What the role carries

Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with a requirement to participate in the out of hours on call rota and be able to respond/attend site within one hou. To provide technical engineering support within the Hard FM Services department by carrying out preventative maintenance to deadline plus maintain paperwork to support PPM activiti. To respond to reactive and emergency faults and conduct reactive maintenance work to ensure compliance with KPI’s.

What the role depends on

• Must hold a recognised electrical trade apprenticeship and/or relevant qualifications to level 3 (theory and practice) in a relevant electrical discipline with suitable industry ex.
• Experience in building services maintenance is essential.
• Must have a good understanding of health & safety best practice; formal training an advantage.
