Electrical Maintenance Engineer / Cover Engineer

This Electrical Maintenance Engineer role is focused on carrying out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance. It would suit someone who can bring carry out planned or reactive electrical maintenance with safe, hands-on technical completion to the role.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer x 3 – FM Service Provider - London - £40,000. The successful candidates will be electrically qualified (C&G Level 3 Electrical ) and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

What the role carries

Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance. Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution). Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing).

Carry out planned or reactive electrical maintenance with safe, hands-on technical completion.

What the role depends on

• Full Uk Manual Drivers Licence with less than 6 point (Occasional use of a cover / pool vehicle).
• City & Guilds - 17th / 18th Edition.
• Working alongside the maintenance teams Onsite, He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance across tenanted areas for multiple clients.

Practical details

• Working for a Family Run business (Service Provider).
• Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm.
• £36-40,000 Basic Salary.
• Zones 1 - 6 Travel Card.
