What the role involves
- Carry outmaintenance activitiesin your area of responsibility, maximizing wrench time while following safety protocols.
- Supporting continuous improvement using the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle.
- Provide feedback to planners and leadership to helpoptimizeschedules, frequency, and parts planning.
- Conduct pre- and post-maintenancequality checks.
- Managelubrication mapping andexecution,andsupport the simplification and rationalisation of our lubricants.
- Train the autonomous maintenance teamon equipment knowledge, basic Clean-Inspect-Lubricate routine and fault diagnostics.
Skills and requirements
- NVQ Level 3or equivalentengineering apprenticeshipwith hands-on experience.
- A sense of ownership forsafety, quality, and performance.
- Quarterlyperformancebonuses:£325 to £750.
