Job description
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer position centres on carrying out both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs. It would suit someone who can bring carry out planned or reactive electrical maintenance with safe, hands-on technical completion to the role.

Main responsibilities
Carry out both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs. Fault-finding and repairs on AHUs, FCUs, UPS, generators, and LV systems. Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, fire alarms, BMS, and lighting systems.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in building services.
- City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent).
- City & Guilds 18th Edition and 2391 Testing & Inspection.
