Job description
As a Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Romford, Essex, the work centres on carrying out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this large static single person site. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.
What the work leans on
The client is Looking for 1 x Electrical Maintenance Engineer (£44K). Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution).
Where the technical work sits
- Carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance / Installation across this large static single person site.
- UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings.
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds).
Technical requirements
- Electrically qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates.
- Ideally experience in running a single person site.
- A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance.
Practical details
- Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Romford, Essex - Up to £44,000 Per Annum.
- Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week).
