The Electrical Maintenance Enigneer position centres on lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc). It would suit someone who can bring carry out planned or reactive electrical maintenance with safe, hands-on technical completion to the role.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Cannon Street - Up to £45,000 - Tenants Side. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a law firm located right by Cannon Street station.
How the role works day to day
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc). Carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team Onsite. BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold).

Carry out planned or reactive electrical maintenance with safe, hands-on technical completion.
Practical details
- Monday to Friday, 10:00am to 19:00pm.
- 25 days holiday + Bank holidays.
- Callout 1 in 3/4 - £100 P/W.

What needs to be in place
- Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required).
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
- 18th Edition (Required).
