How the role is set up

Together with DIC, Sun Chemical is continuously working to promote. Take ownership of maintaining our electrical equipment and systems at our Yate site, ensuring they operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.

Engineering work involved

Develop sustainable solutions to exceed customer expectations and better the world around us. Maintaining all site electrical equipment and systems to ensure optimum performance. Monitoring equipment condition, reporting abnormalities, inefficiencies, or risks.

Technical skills and requirements

  • Level 3 Electrical qualification (., City & Guilds) or strong relevant technical experience.
  • Recognised apprenticeship in Mechanical/Electrical Maintenance (NVQ, BTEC.
  • Experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
