Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Engineers (x3) – FM Service Provider – Large Estate – Kings Cross, North London – Up to £45,000 + Package. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for three Maintenance Engineers (2x Mechanical, 1x Electrical) to join a sizeable on-site team, delivering both planned preventative.

Main responsibilities

Carry out electrical maintenance including lighting, lamp changes, and emergency lighting testing. Diagnose faults and carry out electrical fault finding. Monitoring and maintain mechanical plant including pumps, motors, seals, and bearings.

Requirements

• Mechanically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 minimum (essential).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential).
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
