Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer focuses on maintain mechanical plant including pumps, motors, seals, and bearings.
What the role involves
- Maintain mechanical plant including pumps, motors, seals, and bearings.
- Carry out maintenance on AHUs and FCUs (filter changes, cleaning).
- Carry out plumbing works including unblocking toilets and replacing taps/washers.
- Undertake basic electrical duties such as lamp changes.
- Carry out electrical maintenance including lighting, lamp changes, and emergency lighting testing.
- Diagnose faults and carry out electrical fault finding.
Skills and requirements
- Mechanically qualified – City & Guilds Level 2 minimum (essential).
- Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
- Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential).

- 08:00 am – 17:00 pm.
- Up to £45,000 per annum.
- Call-Out: 1 in 4.
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
