Monday – Friday | 7:00am – 4:00pm

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a growing M&E contractor delivering projects across London.

This is a site and office-based role, overseeing electrical works within live environments including medical facilities, commercial offices, and banking premises. Project values typically range from £250k to £500k, with responsibility for managing up to two projects simultaneously.

You will report to a Senior Project Manager and oversee a Site Manager, taking full responsibility for project delivery from inception through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end project delivery
• Managing multiple live environment projects
• Coordination of site teams and subcontractors
• Programme management and reporting
• Client liaison and progress meetings
• Budget control and commercial awareness
• Ensuring health & safety compliance
• Quality control and project handover

Candidate Requirements

• Electrician by trade (JIB Gold Card or Black Card)
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• Proven experience delivering projects within live environments (essential)
• PRINCE2 (desirable)

Salary & Package

• £65,000 basic salary
• £5,000 travel allowance
• 23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays (3 to be taken at Christmas)
