Electrical Site Supervisor
Electrical Site Supervisor focuses on leading the supervision of electrical installations onsite, ensuring all works are delivered in line with current standards, specifications, and contractual requirements.
What the role involves
- Leading the supervision of electrical installations Onsite, ensuring all works are delivered in line with current standards, specifications, and contractual requirements.
- Act as Electrical Appointed Person, upholding electrical safety rules and ensuring all supporting documentation is produced in accordance with CMDP requirements.
- Oversee LV electrical isolations and issue limitation of access permits.
- Overseeing electrical testing in line with BS7671, reviewing test results against Guidance Note 3 and manufacturers' literature.
- Test plans, ensuring they remain live, relevant, and aligned to the work activity.
- Monitor supplier inspection.
Skills and requirements
- C&G 2330 or 2360 in Electrical Installations.
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
- IEE 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- 2391 Test and Inspect (preferred).
