Electrical Site Supervisor focuses on leading the supervision of electrical installations onsite, ensuring all works are delivered in line with current standards, specifications, and contractual requirements.

What the role involves

• Leading the supervision of electrical installations Onsite, ensuring all works are delivered in line with current standards, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Act as Electrical Appointed Person, upholding electrical safety rules and ensuring all supporting documentation is produced in accordance with CMDP requirements.
• Oversee LV electrical isolations and issue limitation of access permits.
• Overseeing electrical testing in line with BS7671, reviewing test results against Guidance Note 3 and manufacturers' literature.
• Test plans, ensuring they remain live, relevant, and aligned to the work activity.
• Monitor supplier inspection.

Skills and requirements

• C&G 2330 or 2360 in Electrical Installations.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations.
• IEE 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• 2391 Test and Inspect (preferred).
