As a Electrician in Facilities Management, the work centres on maintaining equipment and surrounding work areas to agreed company and client standards. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Person Specification:Background in Facilities Management (FM) or a similar environment, with a clear understanding of mobile working. Maintenance Electrician - Belfast - Salary up to [[SALARY_0]] CBW have a new opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join a leading FM provider on a permanent basis.
How the role works day to day
Maintaining equipment and surrounding work areas to agreed company and client standards. Proactively identify opportunities for service improvements and innovations to enhance service delivery. Maintaining full awareness of contractual obligations and client requirements at all times.
Practical details
- Training, development & progression opportunities.
- 25 days holiday including bank.
- Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm.
- On call 1 in 10 (£150 standby).
What needs to be in place
- Proven experience completing Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems.
- Fully electrically qualified, holding one or more of the following:.
- Experience working in a mobile maintenance role within commercial environments.
