- Leading or support installation works on wastewater treatment and pumping assets, covering both electrical and mechanical elements.
- Commission new systems, including pumps, blowers, control panels, instrumentation, and treatment equipment.
- Resolve electrical or mechanical issues during installation and commissioning phases.
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems across wastewater treatment sites.
- Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Provide technical support to field engineers and clients, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
Skills and requirements
- HNC/HND/Degree or NVQ equivalent in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Mechanical engineers must understand basic electrical systems).
- Knowledge of PLCs, VSDs, control panels, or mechanical drive systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
