Where the work sits

We are pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Electrician to join the on-site facilities team at HMP Onley. Carrying out electrical inspections and testing in accordance with BS7671, with accurate recording of results.

Engineering work involved

Fault finding and problem solving on a range of electrical systems. Like-for-like replacements and minor electrical works. Ensuring all electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational.

Technical skills and requirements

• BS7671 18th Edition (17th Edition considered with upskilling available).
• Experience in planned and preventative maintenance.
