As a Electrician in Electrical Installations, the work centres on conduct fixed wire testing and complete laptop-based Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). It would suit someone who can bring safe working habits, organisation, and practical judgement to the role.
How the role is set up
TXM Recruit is partnering with a rapidly expanding electrical business in the commercial sector. We are seeking a Fixed Wire Testing Electrician to work in various commercial properties, including offices, schools, universities, hotels, retail stores, and small industrial unit.
Where someone would start
Conduct fixed wire testing and complete laptop-based Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs). Carry out general electrical maintenance within commercial buildings. Perform emergency light testing and remedial work, including socket, light, and switch changes.

Job details
- Optional overtime and occasional weekend work.
- £38,000, with performance bonuses up to £45,000.
