What the role involves

• At Belcan, we’re looking for passionate engineers to help drive innovation across industrial control systems, automated test equipment, and advanced electromechanical technologies.
• Develop electronic systems including FPGA, analogue, and digital circuits.
• Leading PCB design activities—from schematic capture to layout guidance, component selection, FMEA, and analysis.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.
• 24/7 wellbeing support, including mental health resources and online GP services.

Skills and requirements

• Experience with CAD tools (e.g. SolidWorks or similar).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Altium, VHDL, Libero (Microsemi) or equivalent.
• Proven engineering project management experience.
