• 5+ years' experience as an Electronics Lab Technician or in a similar electronics-focused role.
• Strong experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting.
• Experience working with fine-pitch SMT components and BGA packages.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow test procedures.
