Founding Clinician Partner focuses on full registration with a licence to practise from the gmc, in good standing.

Skills and requirements

• Full registration with a licence to practise from the GMC, in good standing.
• Ability to provide telehealth services in compliance with the GMC's Good Medical Practice, the GMC's Good practice in prescribing and managing medicines and devices, and the GMC's.
• Active professional indemnity insurance and/or membership of a recognised medical defence organisation (MDU, MPS, or MDDUS) with cover of not less than £5,000,000 per claim.
• Compliance with UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and ICO requirements for the handling of patient data.

Confirmed role details

• Not a sessional or hourly fee-for-service contract.
• Not market-rate or NHS-equivalent pay.
• Time commitment 8–10 hours per week on average, deployed flexibly across the month.
• The equity allocation reflects partnership in that build, not compensation for time invested.
