EMEA: Wealth Management, Lending Product Owner focuses on manages discovery efforts and research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.

What the role involves

• Manages discovery efforts and research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
• Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
• Leading agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Leads the Product Testing & Release management strategy.
• Support a team of product analyst/associates, fostering their growth and development.
• Facilitate collaboration and communication within the scrum teams and with other departments.

Skills and requirements

• Post-Graduate, with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Banking.
• Financial Services of which at least 3 should be in a similar role & profile.
• Expertise in defining, building out product strategy and roadmap and Strong prioritization skills.
• Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle.
