What is expected

• Technical Pedigree: Experience in the API Management (APIM), Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), or Identity and Access Management (IAM) space. You should speak "Developer" fluently.
• The "Scale-Up" Mindset: Experience in a high-growth SaaS environment where you’ve built processes from the ground up rather than just following a legacy playbook.
• Leader of Leaders: Proven experience managing managers. You know how to delegate effectively while maintaining a pulse on team health and deal execution.

• Lead, mentor, and scale technical functions. You will be responsible for the professional growth of your managers and the high-performance culture of their underlying teams.
• Executive Partnership: Act as a technical advisor to the SVP of EMEA, providing data-driven insights into deal technicalities, churn risks, and product requirements.
• Advocacy & Feedback: Serve as the voice of the EMEA customer to the Product and Engineering teams, influencing the roadmap based on regional market demands.
