Employee Relations Advisor focuses on support to managers and staff on policies, procedures, and best practices.
What the role involves
- Support to managers and staff on policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence management, and workplace conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, education sector regulations, and organisational policies.
- Supporting and coach managers in handling ER matters effectively and confidently.
- Supporting change management processes, including restructures, TUPE transfers, and organisational development initiative.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) or equivalent experience.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant HR, recruitment, people advisory, administration, ATS, or employee-relations experience may be useful.

- Curriculum and Management: 44 days plus bank holidays.
