Employee Relations Specialist
Employee Relations Specialist focuses on will provide expert employment law, collective bargaining and engagement advice relating to trade unions, employee relations, and hr policy.
What the role involves
- Will provide expert employment law, collective bargaining and engagement advice relating to trade unions, employee relations, and HR policy.
- To provide Employee Relations advice to the business on collective bargaining arrangements, current policies and procedures and best practice in dealing with collective grievances.
- Develop a team of HR Advisors.
- Supporting or lead the Employee Relations aspects of HR/Business Projects and Change activity to ensure compliance with Legal, Policy, Collective requirements.
- Supporting the operational HR teams in complex conduct, capability and dignity at working investigations and hearings.
Skills and requirements
- Elevation HR are keen to speak to candidates with the following experience and knowledge.
- Level 7 CIPD Qualified.
- Proven experience of working within a unionised environment, supporting on terms & conditions and pay negotiations.
- Substantial post qualification experience of Employee Relations Case Work, including Tribunal Casework.
Candidate fit
- To create a refreshed set of HR policies and procedures, from initial thinking and stakeholder engagement through to final communication and implementation.
