As a Employment and Entrepreneurship Engagement Coach in London, Birmingham, the work centres on developing and maintain a deep understanding of student needs to tailor outreach efforts effectively. It would suit someone who can bring 1-day extra leave per year of service, up to a maximum of 5 days to the role.
Who the work supports
Conduct follow-up calls, class visits, and one-on-one meetings to build strong relationships with students and encourage engagement. Support team goals and contribute to achieving engagement and attendance targets.

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of student needs to tailor outreach efforts effectively. Design and implement a diverse range of activities to drive awareness and engagement, including:. Work closely with campus colleagues, including programme coordinators, academic staff, and student services, to deliver impactful engagement initiatives.
The approach that fits
1-day extra leave per year of service, up to a maximum of 5 days. 25 days annual leave, plus 8 public holidays. Warm, reliable, and clear in communication.
What needs to be in place
- Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and programme eligibility.
- Minimum GCSEs grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent). A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
- Demonstrable experience in outreach, engagement, or customer-facing roles.
