What you would be doing

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of student needs to tailor outreach efforts effectively. Design and implement a diverse range of activities to drive awareness and engagement, including:. Work closely with campus colleagues, including programme coordinators, academic staff, and student services, to deliver impactful engagement initiatives.

The working style that fits

1-day extra leave per year of service, up to a maximum of 5 days. 25 days annual leave, plus 8 public holidays. Warm, reliable, and clear in communication.

What you need

• Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and programme eligibility.
• Minimum GCSEs grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent). A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable.
• Demonstrable experience in outreach, engagement, or customer-facing roles.
