This Support Worker role is focused on 27 days annual leave (rising to 32 days after 5 years' service), plus bank holidays. It would suit someone who can bring patience, clear communication, and respectful care standards to the role.

Job details

  • 37 hours a week, including occasional planned evening and weekend working.
  • £30,024 - £32,597 plus 2026/7 pay award once agreed.
  • Have experience of working in the community with Deaf people who have learning disabilities, neurodiversity or mental health needs.
  • Can adapt your fluent British Sign Language (BSL) to communicate with people who have different communication needs.
