  • Maintain project plans, task lists, trackers, and risk logs.
  • Follow up with internal teams and suppliers to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Maintain technical documents, drawings, and deployment records.
  • Collate and organise evidence for grant claims and project reporting.

Skills and requirements

  • Engineering degree or equivalent technical background (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Aerospace).
  • Confident with spreadsheets, trackers, and document editing tools (e.g. Excel, Word, Google Docs).
  • Able to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion with high degree of autonomy.
  • 2+ years’ experience in a technical or project support role.
