What the role involves

• Supporting the production of MEP Revit models and technical drawings.
• Assisting engineers with mechanical, electrical and public health design information.
• Learning how building services systems are coordinated within buildings.
• Supporting BIM coordination and helping maintain project models and drawing standards.
• Assisting with project documentation and technical information.
• Contributing to sustainable, practical and energy-conscious design solutions.

Skills and requirements

• College leavers or graduates within Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Technology, Construction or related disciplines.
• Apprentices or junior technicians looking to develop within MEP design.
• Individuals currently working within construction who are interested in moving into Building Services Engineering.
• Some exposure to Revit, AutoCAD or technical design software would be beneficial but not essential.
