Engineering Apprenticeship Programme Lead

The Engineering Apprenticeship Programme Lead position centres on supporting shift-by-shift logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards. It would suit someone who can bring warm, steady communication with learners to the role.

How the role is set up

We currently support a team of 14 apprentices—both adult and junior—who are progressing through various stages of their development journey. As part of our continued investment in future talent, we plan to welcome an additional five apprentices during the 2025/2026 intake.
