Role overview
Work arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. Engineering Capability Lead focuses on developing & implementing the plans/activities required to deliver technical capability within the ipt’s technical team, with a 12-18mo plann.

Collaborating with other programme functions to represent the engineering and technical interest in procurement, commercial and organisational design activities. This role is not identified as likely to be included in a future LC36 Nuclear Baseline because it does not have the potential to impact Safety/Security/Nuclear Safeguards/Environme. - Good writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear, accurate, and accessible manner.
