What the role involves

• Driving KPI-based performance management, reporting progress, risks, and improvements to global leadership.
• Establishing and embedding daily management systems to ensure execution discipline and accountability.
• Collaborating closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure manufacturable and compliant solutions.

Additional role context

• Leading multiple Design & Engineering teams across the region through Heads of Engineering.
• Leading design reviews, programme governance, and technical decision-making across the region.
• Strong expertise in BIM, electrical or mechanical engineering, ideally within the critical power or similar industry.
