Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager focuses on ensure delivery to plan of the technical acceptance and associated surveillance within the framework defined.

What the role involves

• Ensure delivery to plan of the Technical Acceptance and associated surveillance within the framework defined.
• Supporting in the management of Engineering-related risks and opportunities, and their associated management in ARM (where applicable).
• Supporting the Quality Management Lead by driving the technical resolution of manufacturing NCRs.

Skills and requirements

• Responsible for liaison with all parties contributing to the delivery of works, ensuring that information is exchanged as required and that all parties deliver their roles to plan.
• Follow-up equipment qualification programmes to expedite related engineering issues (queries, deviations, changes etc).
• Experience of successfully engaging groups of stakeholders and facilitating issues resolution.
• Maintain effective working relationships with all project team members.
