Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager focuses on support a team of 5 embedded software engineers.

What the role involves

• Support a team of 5 embedded software engineers.
• Work closely with electronics and hardware teams on system integration and debugging.
• Driving software architecture, code quality, and engineering best practices.
• Supporting project planning, delivery timelines, and technical decision-making.
• Supporting testing, validation, and product release activities.

Skills and requirements

• Degree-qualified in Software Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with RTOS, bare-metal systems, or embedded Linux environments.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills across hardware/software integration.
• Experience with communication protocols such as SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, or Ethernet.
