Job description
This Engineering Manager opportunity is built around supporting the Head of Engineering to ensure all premises, equipment, and systems comply with current Health & Safety regulations, maintaining documentary evidence as needed. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.
Where the work sits
Our full-service “Clinical to Commercial” CDMO and holds various licences to operate a range of services which includes MIA, Specials, IMP, WDL, and Vet D. Lead and support maintenance engineers in analysing equipment failures and implementing effective CAPAs.
How the role works day to day
Supporting the Head of Engineering to ensure all premises, equipment, and systems comply with current Health & Safety regulations, maintaining documentary evidence as needed. Reporting weekly KPIs and communicate goal achievement to motivate staff within a continuous improvement culture. Managing equipment and plant calibration and maintenance programmes.
