What the role involves

• Monitoring , which helps keep children safe at school, at home, and everywhere in between.
• Lead two of the squads building our flagship product.
• In this role, you will lead two distinct engineering teams.
• Review incidents, and take action on safeguarding concerns.

Skills and requirements

• The first team owns the customer-facing experience of Monitor, building the tools that empower safety leads to receive alerts.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, leading teams in the design, delivery, and operation of complex, distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with GCP and Golang is highly advantageous.
