• This is a senior leadership role where you'll lead from the front—driving performance, establishing credibility, and shaping the future of engineering delivery on a flagship site.
• Manage a multi-skilled on-site engineering team (including engineers, fabric staff, and an apprentice) operating across a 7-day rota.
• Take full ownership of engineering operations, service delivery, and performance Onsite.
