• Overseeing PPM strategies aligned to SFG20/OEM guidance and optimise frequencies based on performance and condition.
• Ensure maintenance procedures align with manufacturer specifications and SFG20 standards.
• Driving health and safety culture Onsite, enforcing zero tolerance for unsafe practices and implementing safe systems of work.

Technical requirements

• Working knowledge of SFG20, OEM guidance, and UK technical compliance regulations.
• Proven experience with CAFM systems and data governance; advanced Excel/Power BI skills.
• Demonstrable experience in leading compliance audits, PPM optimisation, and stakeholder engagement.
