Engineering Manager

This Engineering Manager opportunity is built around overseeing PPM strategies aligned to SFG20/OEM guidance and optimise frequencies based on performance and condition. It would suit someone who can bring carry out safe plumbing and gas-related work with reliable site-by-site hands-on technical completion to the role.

- Ensure maintenance procedures align with manufacturer specifications and SFG20 standards.
- Driving health and safety culture Onsite, enforcing zero tolerance for unsafe practices and implementing safe systems of work.
Technical requirements
- Working knowledge of SFG20, OEM guidance, and UK technical compliance regulations.
- Proven experience with CAFM systems and data governance; advanced Excel/Power BI skills.
- Demonstrable experience in leading compliance audits, PPM optimisation, and stakeholder engagement.
