Job description

TEC Partners is collaborating with a fast-growing tech start-up in the logistics and supply chain market who are looking for an Engineering Manager. They offer specialised delivery network services aimed at enhancing e-commerce operations with a focus on sustainability.

We are currently seeking an Engineering Manager who has had experience at a scaling start-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take cross-functional ownership of critical business outcomes, such as company-wide efficiency metrics.
  • Partner closely with leaders across the business, not just in technology.
  • Guide critical decisions affecting technical infrastructure.
  • Foster a culture of technical and operational excellence.
  • Lead a team of engineers

    • Requirements

  • Have led a team- or teams of engineers in a high-performing organisation for at least three years.
  • Experience as a startup founder or in early stage teams is a strong plus, but not required.
  • Background in logistics and supply chain technology is highly desirable.
