Engineering Manager

• They will line manage the Engineering Team, providing technical leadership and supporting skills' development/knowledge within the team.
• Ensure effectivemunication processes are in place to keep employees up to date with business performance and to ensure opportunities for giving and receiving feedback.
• Drive a culture of health and safety within the plant by acting as a role model, ensuring that risk assessments and safe systems of work in your area of responsibility are up-to-da.

Technical requirements

• Have proven experience as an engineering manager with a manufacturing background.
• A strong understanding of health and safety in the workplace supported by relevant qualifications, experience in capital expenditure projects from concept to delivery, including co.
