• Collaborate on and lead the development of technology, people and growth of team capability.
• Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders such as TA’s, SME’s and other discipline Engineers to deliver structural engineering services ensuring compliance with industry de.
• Provide inspirational line management, mentoring and leadership to the Structural Engineering team.

Technical requirements

• Have significant previous experience in a structural engineering management role.
• Be a recognised expert in industry with demonstrable experience of working on offshore wind projects, ideally fixed and floating as well as offshore substations with a detailed und.
• Have an interest to actively develop external and internal relationships and be prepared take part in industry working groups and other professional bodies.
