• Develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Driving engineering capability, resource planning and team development.
• Supporting the delivery of bids, projects, production and research activities.
• Ensure engineering processes, standards and best practices are consistently applied.
• Managing engineering resource allocation across multiple programmes.
• Support to resolve complex engineering challenges.

Skills and requirements

• Work closely with Engineering, Project Management and Operations teams to ensure products are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
