Job details

• Job Role: As an Engineering Team Leader, you will manage the on-site engineering team, leading performance reviews, coaching and developing staff to align with business goals.
• Drive team motivation through strong leadership, oversee contractors and maintenance suppliers, and contribute to the Maintenance Excellence roadmap.
• This Engineering Team Leader role also includes analysing CMMS data to identify improvements and reviewing maintenance activities for cost-effective opportunities.
• Holidays: 25 days plus bank hols.
