Engineering Team Manager – Savings & Payment Services

The Engineering Team Manager position centres on developing and motivate a team of Engineers, driving high-quality delivery and continuous improvement across services and change initiatives. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Role overview

Engineering Team Manager focuses on this is a hybrid role, a mix of working from home plus time in our central leeds & bradford offices. You’ll get 25 days plus Bank Holidays, as well as the option to buy up to a further 5 days.

Main responsibilities

Develop and motivate a team of Engineers, driving high-quality delivery and continuous improvement across services and change initiatives. Work closely with stakeholders, architecture and delivery partners to ensure solutions are delivered effectively, safely and in line with strategic priorities. Develop a high-performing engineering team, building capability and supporting continuous development.
