Engineering Technician

As a Mechanical, the work centres on to ensure the prompt completion of all work orders for Planned maintenance, Reactive response, Specialist sub-contract work orders and remedial work orders. It would suit someone who can bring supporting site-by-site logistics operations while learning systems, routines, and working standards to the role.

What you would be doing

Provide competent Technical, Health, Safety and Environmental support & assistance as required and act as an exemplar of company policies and procedures. To ensure the prompt completion of all work orders for Planned maintenance, Reactive response, Specialist sub-contract work orders and remedial work orders. Provide training, mentoring and hands-on assistance to any additional Site based Technicians or Engineering Assistants.

What you need

• City& Guilds Part 3, ONC, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering essential.
• Must have mechanical engineering background and at least 3 years experience, preferably gained in a hospital environment but not essential.
• Time served apprenticeship in a Mechanical or Electrical biased discipline essential.
