What the role involves

• In this role, you will deliver City & Guilds qualifications from Entry Level 1 to Level 2.

Skills and requirements

• Teaching small, focused groups of up to 12 young learners, you will help them develop essential literacy and numeracy skills.
• A Level 3 qualification in Maths and English is essential. A Level 5 teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
• No Teaching Qualification? No Problem! If you have the subject expertise and a passion for teaching, our client will fully fund.
• Support, and guide you to achieve your Level 5 teaching qualifications on the job.

Confirmed role details

• From £30,000 per annum.
• Permanent, Full-Time.
• Conduct initial assessments using diagnostic tools (such as BKSB) to map out tailored Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) for each learner.
• Targeted Support: Adapt your teaching methods to support a wide range of educational backgrounds, individual abilities, and additional learning needs.
