What the role depends on

• Any experience working with children (in schools, clubs, mentoring etc.) is a big plus.
• Do you have an English degree and a soft spot for phonics, picture books, and the magic of early learning?
• You don’t need to be qualified, just committed, kind, and keen to learn.
