This Teaching Assistant opportunity is built around with small class sizes of just 4 students and the support of a dedicated Teaching Assistant in every class, you’ll be able to provide highly personalised teaching and build strong. It would suit someone who can bring foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment to the role.

What you would be doing
With small class sizes of just 4 students and the support of a dedicated Teaching Assistant in every class, you’ll be able to provide highly personalised teaching and build strong,. Delivering dynamic, differentiated English lessons tailored to individual learning needs. Work collaboratively with SENCOs, teaching assistants, and wider support staff.

What you need
- Experience teaching English at secondary level.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
- MPS–UPS (dependent on experience).

- In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
